Hello everyone! Welcome to my Ride for Life training journal. Here is where you will find my progress as I train for this very important event taking place on September 13th, 2008. This year is the event's 10th anniversary and should be a beyond huge event. I will be posting daily about my training rides, diet tips (for future reference), words of wisdom, and other fun things I find along the way!
